Late Record - Detailed
It is understood that, to have a successful business, employees must work during the agreed-upon time stipulated in his/her letter of employment and/or contract. Chronic lateness does not only affect the offending employee but can negatively impact productivity of all employees. Documenting tardiness and implementing procedures to curb the offense, therefore, is necessary.
For Companies that have not purchased HRplus’ Time and Attendance Module and do not have any other application through which employee punctuality is recorded, this feature offers a simple solution to tracking employees’ tardiness and any action taken to correct them.
• Employee Details: Select the Employee for whom you wish to enter a Late record.
Late Date: Using the calendar, enter the Date of the infraction.
Time Due: Using the clock, enter the time that the employee was scheduled to start work.

Action Taken: For your records, select if the employee was warned, if their pay was deducted, if they were allowed to make up the time or simply if no action was taken.
