HR391 User Administration

A Fix Membership button was added to the above screen.  This button resolves the error - “The user name provided is invalid” - when attempting to change user passwords.  The passwords can be changed once the membership fix is successful.

Company Imports

HR243 Reporting Relationships

Validation checks, to ensure that the imported data is of the desired level of compliance required for HRplus, were added to the file import data.

HR493 Import Contact Info

When importing Employee Email Addresses, the system will automatically flag these email addresses as Primary (Primary Email Address and Use as Primary Email).  All existing email addresses will remain but will no longer be primary.

HR381 Fix Attendance Logs By User

The following modifications were made:

1. An update was applied that resolves the issue where newly-created devices do not show up in the mapping screen drop-down menu:

2. The inaccurate list of employees that was previously displayed was corrected - the list indicated that employees were not mapped to a Clock ID when they actually were:

HR595 Generate Overtime Report

An update was applied that prevents an error from occurring when generating the report when there are values in the Hours From and Hours To fields.

HR625 Leave Entitlements

The View Leave Entitlements screen now displays Leave Types with zero (0) entitlements when Ignore Zero Entitlements is set to No.

HR403 BVI Social Security Report

Percentages were added to the labels as follows:  

1. Employee was changed to Employee 4%.  
   
2. Employer was changed to Employer 4.5%.
   
3. Total Contribution was changed to Total 8.5% Contribution.

HR46 Post Imported Cycle Change Entries

Previously, a validation error was displayed when attempting to post (Post Entries) and/or validate (Validate Entries) for the following cycle change records.  This error is no longer displayed and records can now be successfully validated and posted to Cycle Changes for processing:

HR317 Position Changes By Department

The report was fixed so that (1) the former Department Name and Code are correctly matched, (2)  the former Job Name and Code are no longer blank, and (3)  the new Job Name is correctly displayed and is no longer blank.
