Two (2) new screens were added for the mass upload of Dependents and Beneficiaries.

HRplus Time

HR381 Fix Attendance Logs

1. The screen was modified for users to fix attendance logs based on the user instead of the device.  On the HRplus Time version of the screen, users will be able to select which timekeeper the request will execute for based on a drop-down menu.

However for Self-Service Timekeepers, they are only capable of executing the request for their user which is automatically determined based on the logged in user (current user).

To make this change practical, users can now configure which devices are accessible to them by toggling the Enable option on the grid as Yes or No.

2. A new Dashboard (the first of many) was added to HRplus Time and Timekeepers.  Timekeepers will only see data for the Devices and Schedules to which they have access:

The pension tax allowance was included in the calculation of BVI Payroll Tax.

HR349 Workday Imports

Functionality was added so that STAT transactions, which update employee information, can be posted.  The grid was also modified so that users are not able to change the Posted or Posting Comments fields.
