The following changes were made:

1. Two (2) new screens, Asset Options and Job Assets Link, were added.  The Asset Options screen allows you to select whether employees can see all assets (Company Assets), only assets linked to their job (Job Assets)or both (Company Assets and Job Assets):

The following changes were made:

2. The Asset Manager was fixed so that Notifications are successfully sent when a manager requests an asset:

Employee Asset Transaction Template import – the error messages would be displayed when (1) the variable names are not matched, and (2) when the amount taken is exceeded.

HR124 Separation

The issue, where the Company Code drop-down menu was displaying multiple companies with the same Company Code, was resolved.  The correct Company Code is now associated with the Separation record:

Employees, who are flagged as Ex-Employee or Retired, are filtered out when generating the Leave Entitlements report:

HR148 Out of Cycle

A modification was made to prevent users from entering and posting out of cycle changes from Fixed Data Imports when there is an open out of cycle for the pay group.

HR198 ACH Download - Option 2

The following modifications were made:

1. A leading 0 was added to the Currency Code in Position 9, and Pay Date was added to Position 8.
   
2. The missing required fields in Positions 7, 9, and 10 were added.
   
3. The Bank Fld 2 description for FCIB was added to the legend on the Bank Download Setup screen:
   

4. The setup for Bank Fld 2 (POWERpay>>Maintenance>>Download/Uploads>>Bank Download Setup) was changed.  The field should be filled with the Originator Account Number:
   

HR8 Jamaica P45

• POWERpay>>Payroll Reports>>Payroll Reports>>Jamaica Statutory Reports>>P45 – Income Tax Particulars of Employee Leaving
  

The following changes were made to the report and interface:

1. The radio buttons, "Emergency Card P13 Being Used" and "Week 1 or Month 1 Basis Applies", were removed from the interface. 
   
2. A Company drop-down was added to the interface. 
   
3. The figures in fields 8(f), 9(a) and 9(b) on the report were made always visible instead conditionally visible. 
   
4. The report was shifted to the centre of the page. 
   
5. "Instructions To Employer" section was added to the first page.
   

HRplus Time

HR161 Workflow

Users can now successfully change the timekeeper assigned to a workflow level without any errors:

The issue where no results were returned when using the Employee drop-down to search the grid was fixed and records are now successfully being displayed:
