HR68 Separations
An import that allows users to import and post separation records was added. The following changes were also made:
HR126 Employee Locations
An update was applied to address missing employee location information when transitioning from Version 4 to Version 5 of the application:
HR131 Ignore Zero Entitlements
The field, Ignore Entitlements, was renamed to Ignore Zero Entitlements, for easier interpretation as follows:

HR66 Timesheets
An update was applied that adds a Generate Overtime Report button to Timekeeper Timesheets. This is how it works:
HR43 Reporting Relationships
The screen was modified so that Supervisors are saved and displayed successfully. Previously, if a template is uploaded with a blank Supervisor Pno, although the data would be saved, it would not be displayed, thereby causing issues if the user tried to add another Supervisor of the same type:
HR57 Calendar Setup
A user friendly message, Holiday was already added, was added in the event a user tries to add the same holiday twice on the same date. Special characters EXCEPT a dash (-) in holiday names will no longer generate an error:
HR131 Leave Type
The following changes were made to the above screen:
HR42 Generate Letter
The screens were fixed so that the user is successfully able to save and add placeholders to a template. Also the user is not prompted to log out after navigating to the Generate Letter screen:
HR89 Letter Template
The Leave Letter Template screen was changed to match the screen in Personnel>>Letter Templates and the issues where the placeholders could not be added and the template could not be saved were both fixed:
HV5-I418 Leave Decimal Values
The above screens were modified to allow users to input decimal values in the following fields:

HR58 Pay Slip Option 16
The option to Hide Leave Information in the report’s print criteria was added via radio buttons:
HR63 Standard Pay Slip
The issue where the Pay Year and Pay Cycle drop-down menus were disabled even after selecting the Pay Group was resolved:
HR72 Pay Slips
The issue, where Pay Slip Messages uploaded via a template were not being accurately displayed on generated reports, was resolved. Initially, despite having multiple new lines when submitting the text, all the text would be wrapped together on one line. This update allows the message to be displayed exactly as submitted:
HR91 Standard Pay Slip
The report was fixed so that when it is generated with Pay Slip Type = Option 10, deductions are no longer missing:
HR134 Timesheets
The screen was modified so that when the Schedule is selected, the Period Date From field is automatically populated:
The error that was appearing on the submission of timesheets was fixed and is no longer being displayed:
HR37 Timesheets
The Search fields were fixed so that no inaccurate results are being returned. For example, previously, if S1 was queried, the results could contain anything that begins with S1 such as S11. The Search results will now correctly return only S1 results:
HR66 Unapproved After Post
The issues where (1) only Timesheets from the last pay cycle were being displayed, and (2) duplicate records were being displayed, were resolved. Timekeepers can now see ALL records relevant to them based on their level and no duplicate records are being displayed:
HR81 Schedule Employee Wizard
The Fatal error running a5_ajax_grid() error message that was occurring in Step 2 of the wizard was fixed and is no longer being displayed:
