Employee Self-Service (‌How do I log in to my HRplus Employee Self- Service Portal?)

Navigation: Enter your URL to access the software. This will be distributed by your System

Administrator (your company's contact person)

How do I log in to my HRplus Employee Self- Service Portal?




Option 1 - Log in using Single Sign On (SSO)



When selecting the SINGLE SIGN ON button, users will be authenticated and signed into their corresponding user within the application.

Note: Entering the username and password on the HRplus login screen is NOT required.





Option 2 - Log in using Username and Password



  • Enter your User ID/Username and Password.

  • Click on the Login button to enter the application.




  • If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, you will need to have access to your email (inbox) to obtain the auto-generated PIN before you can enter the application.

  • When you click on the Login button an other field for your PIN will be visible.

  • Enter your Pin and click 'Login'




NB: What you see upon login will be determined by the Permissions set by your System

Administrator. If you have any queries about please contact your System Administrator.

Icon Overview/What does each icon mean?




Home Screen Icons

Upon logging into the software, you will notice some icons to the top right-hand corner of the application. Let's take a look at what each icon means from right to left.


HRplus Home Screen Icons



  1. User ID




    User ID - See your User ID when you place your cursor over the icon. You will also see your

    Employee Photo if one is attached to your employee profile.

  2. Notifications




    Notifications - here you will be provided with updates on when you leave requests are approved/ rejected and invitations different activities (such as Appraisals, Training or Interviews) - These

    notifications will be based on which modules are available within your organization.

  3. Log Out




    Log Out - If you are leaving your device unattended, please log out!

  4. Change Password




    Change Password - If this is the first time you are logging in please change your password as

    shown below.

    Ask - How - To - is an internal browser where you can search for guidance or short articles that

    describes in detail how to operate in the software.

  5. Ask How To Icon




    Virtual Clock - This icon is available only if you are required to punch in and out using your device

    instead of a physical clock. Please discuss with your System Administrator for further details.
