Employee Self-Service Module FAQs
How do I log in to the HRplus Employee Self- Service Portal?
You can log in to your application using the following options:
Log in using the URL provided by your System Administrator.
You can access the portal with Single Sign-On (SSO) or your username and password.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the PIN sent to your email.
Your personal information can be updated as follows:
In the My Profile section, you can edit fields with a white background. (Home>>My Profile>>My Profile)
Grey fields require HR assistance.
Updated details are sent to 'Unapproved Changes' until approved by HR.
How do I apply for Leave?
Go to My Benefits, then select Leave and Request Leave. (Home>>My Benefits>>My Leave>>Request Leave)
After submitting, you can track the status in the Pending Requests tab.
Notifications will alert you of approval or rejection.
How do I view my payslips?
To view My Payslips:
In the My Pay Items section, select My Payslips. (Home>>My Pay Items>>My Payslips)
Payslips are organized by date, with the most recent displayed at the top.
You can also download or print a PDF copy for your records.
How can I view and apply for internal job openings?
View an apply for internal job openings as follows:
Under Recruitment, go to Company Vacancies to view and apply for open positions. (Home>>Recruitment>>Company Vacancies)
Click on the job, review details, and submit your application directly by uploading your resume.
How do I conduct a self-appraisal?
In My Performance, select Appraisals to access the form. (Home>>My Performance>>My Appraisals)
Complete your ratings and comments, which are saved automatically.
Your manager and HR will review your input.
Where can I see my assigned goals and submit progress reports?
Under My Performance, go to My Goals to view assigned goals. (Home>>My Performance>>My Goals)
Select a goal to submit a progress report, which will update your progress visually on the portal’s heat maps and graphs.
