HR48 Employee Paid in Month Detail Report
A new report, Employee Paid in Month by Status Detail, was added:

The above-named new report, which shows employees who are not in a valid organisation hierarchy, was created and added to the menu:
HV5-I412 Job Assets Link
The Job Assets Link, shown below, is now reflected in the Employee, Manager and Department Administrators Self Service as well as the Assets Requests screens:

The following error was fixed and the screen loading successfully:

The variable type integer was changed to Character to prevent the following error from occurring:

The following modifications were made:
HV5-I420 Bank Fields
The width of Bankfld1 to Bankfld10 fields was increased from 20 to 30 characters:
HV5-I431 Import PaySlip Message
The following buttons: Download Template, Import Payslip Message, Delete All - were added to the screen:
HV5-I435 Import PaySlip Message
The Badge Number field type was changed from General to Text. Users are now able to delete all records via the Delete All button.
HR49 Missing Punches
An additional field, Adjusted Time, was added to the report to show any adjusted times:
HR50 Company Administrators
Users with Company Administrator privileges can now successfully grant Company Access to other users:
HV5-I422 Change Password
The screen was fixed so that the Current Password is no longer being shown:
HR36 Company Notifications
The size of the Sender Photo was changed so that, when a message is clicked, large photos do not prevent the user from seeing the mail message:

The screen was fixed to allow Self-Service Leave Requests, to be successfully sent for approval, to Supervisors whose usernames exceed 12 characters.

The screen was modified to accept file names that have been uploaded and whose names contain ‘dots’ (e.g. Document.2019.12.02):
HR52 Reporting Structure
The report was modified so that it no longer shows the reporting relationships of Ex-Employees:
HR53 Delete Vacant Positions
Vacant Positions can be successfully deleted and the associated Position Supervisors are simultaneously automatically deleted:
HR59 Employee Directory
Permissions were added to the screen so that users can successfully access it:
HV5-I416 Work Permit
The Country Code must be the same as the Company’s Country Code for which you are setting up Immigration Categories and Work Permit Types:
HV5-I419 Positions
Special characters (‘&,;:\-‘”# etc.) that are used in the names of Company, Division, Department, Section no longer prevent new positions from being successfully added:

The screen was fixed so that new HR Users can be successfully added without ‘bumping’ other users off the system:

A user-friendly message "Holiday was already added" was added in the event a user tries to add the same record twice:

The default leave value fields can now accept decimal input:

The issue where the "Leave Type Code" drop-down menu displayed leave types for which the employee has no entitlement was corrected:

The issue where searching by Pay Group returned data for additional Pay Groups, because the codes of the other Pay Groups contained the code of the selected Pay Group, was fixed:

The issue, where records were being saved with empty fields - Company Code, Company Name and Batch Number fields - was fixed:

For readability purposes, blank lines were added above and below Totals for <Company>:

The report was modified so that data is being loaded successfully.
HR33 Schedule Employee Wizard
The "Fatal error running a5_ajax_grid()" error message is no longer being displayed on the screen of the second step of the Schedule Employee Wizard:
HR41 Projected Leave Entitlements
The Search filter was fixed so that only Employees in the selected Pay Group will be displayed and not all employee records:

The screen was fixed so that duplicate records can no longer be inserted:
HV5-I427 Scheduling
The above screens were fixed so that users can successfully update/create/delete records without the Update operation on non-updateable query error message being displayed.
HR40 Employee Timecard with Overtime
Permissions were added so that Timekeepers are able to generate the report without being logged out.
