System Configurations

HR1335 Reporting Relationships

An update was applied so that (1) records are automatically removed when an employee reports to a non-existent position; (2) records are validated to prevent incorrect records from being entered; (3) the screen only shows Active employees, and (4) Direct Supervisors cannot be made Secondary Supervisors for the same employee.

Leave

HR1401 Time-Off Date Returned

The return date is now being calculated correctly when time-off is taken. For example, if time-off is taken from 8:00am to 1:00pm, the return date was previously being recalculated to the next day. Now, the system will perform checks based on the employee’s (1) On Days; (2) Schedule and Shift; and will correctly bring the employee back on the same day if the case calls for it.

The report can now be generated successfully in Word or Excel.

The Employee ID/Badge Number was modified so that no duplicates (for the company) can be entered.

The report was modified so that no errors are displayed when running weekly payrolls.
