How do I print the reporting relationships organisation chart?

Go to Personnel Reports >> Reporting Structure >> Reporting Structure

Select the Reporting Structure report to see the relationships which have been setup.


If you wish to print the diagram of the reporting relationships, then you may follow the steps below.


Once all you reporting relationships are linked within the organisation, then you may go to Filled positions and click on the level you wish to drill down into and then you will see the organisation chart.


At the top left of the organisation chart, you will see the option to print as shown below. Click on the print option and then based on the size of the structure and reporting relationships, you may have multiple pages to combine to see the printed structure.
