HRplus Announces the
launch of the HRplus Private Cloud environment. (September 6, 2019)
In a move to further improve quality of service for its SAAS
customers, HRplus Software LLC today announces the arrival of its private cloud
environment. The HRplus private cloud environment is a load- balanced scalable
environment which will allow for high availability of all websites to all
customers of HRplus in a secure and hardened server environment with the
infrastructure managed via SLA by Liquid Web, and the software managed by
HRplus.
The HRplus Private Cloud environment is powered by VMWare
and NetApp, has 4 load balanced VMs and 2 other spare VMs with 8 cores each at
3.5 GHz, 96 GB Ram and 500 GB San storage per VM, 4 dedicated database servers
with 128 GB Ram and 32 cores with four 480 GB SSD drive in raid 10, two
additional 480 GB drives in raid 1, and a 2 Terabytes backup storage drive on
each database server. More VMs can be extended on short notice. It is
configured for failover and uses redundant hardware Firewalls and is DDOS
protected. It is also protected against Malware and Viruses and is backed up every
two hours to allow a recovery time objective of four hours. It uses Windows
2016 Datacenter Server. All Server nodes are built on premium dedicated
hardware and combine with ultra-fast NetApp SAN storage for VMs to deliver
maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Monthly Vulnerability Scan Reports
are provided for each VM and server.
Under our SLA Liquid Web provides 24/7/365 Network Performance
and Security Monitoring. Web sites also are software monitored 24/7. Access to
the environment is via secure VPN and all access is recorded and monitored. HRplus
has independent parties provide Penetration Test Audits every 6 Months.
The HRplus Cloud can host hundreds of independent client web
sites. All websites are SSL hosted on Alpha for IIS, and use the SAP SQL
Anywhere database. Offsite backups are done on SOS by Infrascale, on their
global redundant infrastructure.

With the launch of HRplus Private Cloud, HRplus meets
another milestone and set of requirements necessary for obtaining ISO 27001 IT
Security certification which it is scheduled to undergo in the last quarter of
2019. Upon receipt of this certification, HRplus will join the global drive to
ISO 27001 for software companies which can do business with global enterprises.
HRplus is, therefore, advising all SAAS customers that you
will be contacted over the next month to plan the migration of your environment
to the HRplus Private Cloud. Currently all SAAS customers are hosted on
independent servers in environments at Liquid Web and Turnkey Internet which
feature raid 10 configured SSD drives.
