Introduction and Key Concepts

Overview of the Manager Self Service Module

The HRplus Manager Self-Service (MSS) module is a comprehensive tool that allows managers to oversee various aspects of their team's performance and development. It provides access to functionalities like viewing leave charts and approving requests, conducting performance appraisals, analyzing employee skill gaps, and requesting training for team members.

The MSS module is designed to streamline managerial tasks related to human resources, enabling managers to efficiently manage their teams and contribute to organizational growth. It's important to note that access to specific functions within the MSS module is determined by an individual's role as a manager/supervisor/team leader, limiting access to information related to their direct reports only.
