HR1803 Opening Payroll Balances

Instead of having to double-click to open and edit, records can now be edited on the list itself.  A Delete option was also added.

HR1647 Maternity Leave

The following changes were made:  (1)  The tab, Leave-Maternity Links, was renamed to Maternity Leave for Salaried Employees Only; and (2)  the radio button, Prorate Using Week Days; Calendar Days, was added.

HR1677 Pay in Lieu of Leave Taken

New input fields, Salaried Employee Calc By, Hours In Day, Pay as Lumpsum, were added to the screen for more functionality.

HR1665 Approve Leave Request

The following improvements were made:  

1. The issue, where the leave request was not being sent to the manager to approve the request, was fixed and the workflow is now working correctly.

HR1603 Who Can Attend

The Who Can Attend field was improved to allow jobs to be selected from the list, removing the data entry that was previously required.  The record will be shown in Employee Self-Service based on the selection.

HR1197 NCB Bank Download – Funds Direct

Cosmetic changes were made:  (1)  the missing trailing spaces and Currency were added, and (3) the text alignment, when downloading the file, was fixed.

HR1489 Bank Change Cycle Change 

When doing a Bank Change (P…BC…) cycle change entry, the Payee lookup is correctly showing both the Payee Name and Address.

HR203 Standard Pay Slip NGA

The following improvements were made:

1. When zipping, the Unarchived option can successfully generate the Spanish version of the report.
   
2. The Payslip Option 10 for SAM was added to the drop-down list of the Standard Pay Slips NGA.
   
3. The Spanish translations for the Payslip Option 10 for SAM was fixed and the option to zip was added.
   
4. The Paye # field was changed to ID# and the End Date is displayed in full.
   
5. An update was applied to only process Active employees in the selected company when zipping the pay slips.

HR1685 P45 Enhanced – Income Tax Particulars of Employee Leaving

A new report, P45 Enhanced, was added to the menu.  This report enables redundancy payments to the Jamaica Tax Authority.

HR1727 Enhanced SO1 Form

The following improvements were made: (1)  users can now properly select data for the NIS and NHT values based on the pay year;  (2)  an update was applied to remove the Non-Cash Allowances from the Gross Emolument Calculations, and to ensure that the values are being pulled correctly from the employee pay data.

HR1645 Barbados FCIB ACH

The report was improved so that when a Head Office is selected via the FCIB Head Offices drop-down, the selected Head Office will not be displayed in the Other Head Offices dropdown.  This will ensure that duplicate records are not displayed.

HRplus Time

HR1293 Approved Hours

A new report, Approved Hours, was added.  This is a 2-week report and previously would only display data from Monday to Friday and then Monday to Friday again.  In this new and improved report, a new option to select the Date Layout (Dynamic or Static) is included.  This is how it works:

• If Dynamic is selected:
  

• the 2-weeks will begin on the day that is selected, for example, if a report is generated from a Thursday – the 2 weeks will display Thursday to Wednesday and Thursday to Wednesday.  
  

• If Static is selected:
  

• the 2-weeks will display Monday to Friday and then Monday to Friday again.

HR1071 Option 15 – Standard Pay slip

The report now shows the correct value in the Rate column and NOT 0.0000.

HR1739 Employee Business Rule Override

BUG FIXES DUE TO NEW RELEASE OF ALPHA

A new release of the Alpha Anywhere® Application Server for IIS that was needed to overcome the change in the way Google Chrome® handled cookies, early this year, introduced bugs which caused several reports/screens/functions to ‘break’ in the HRplus Everywhere application.  These errors were resolved under the following Item Numbers:
