Welcome to our HRplus Help Desk Portal, Help Desk by Zoho.
We acknowledge that navigating this portal may be difficult, so we have prepared this step by step guide to help you through the process.
This document will be broken into two (2) parts; the former, Activating my User and the latter, Submitting a Ticket.
We hope that this guide is useful to you and future staff members in your organization who may, at some point, need access to our Help Desk portal.

You will receive an email from globalhrplus entitled HRplus Customer Self Service Portal Invitation (see screenshot below.)
(If the email did not arrive to your general inbox, kindly check your spam or junk inboxes.)
Click on the green "ACCEPT THE INVITATION" button.
You will be redirected to the portal Home tab where you will be prompted to enter and confirm your desired password (see screenshot below)
Once an appropriate password is entered, you will be redirected to the My Area tab.
In this tab, you will be able to verify that the contact information listed for you is accurate. You may update this information if you wish.
Once done, click "save" to proceed.
Submitting a Ticket
There are two ways to submit tickets.
Option 1. Submit a ticket via the Help Desk Portal. To do so, from the portal home screen, navigate to the Submit a Ticket Tab. Once there, you may populate the fields on the screen with the required information.
Key Fields Explained.
Department: Select from the field accordingly
HRplus- Clients (whether On Premise or SAAS) that have purchased the HRplus application and use it to process their organization's payroll on a per cycle basis.
Payroll BPO- Clients who have enlisted HRplus for payroll out sourcing (we run your payroll for you)
Product name:
Product name here, refers to the module for which you are reporting an issue or requesting help. e.g. Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance etc.
Simply type the name of the module into the search bar and select from the drop box when it appears.
If you are not sure of the module, click the magnifying glass in the Product Name Search Bar then click "All Products" to go through the module listing. (See screenshots below).

Option 2. You may send an email to helpdesk@hrplus.net. A ticket will be generated once this is done.
However, the URL to the portal is https://support.hrplus.net. Please don't confuse them.
