HR Events FAQs

How are HR Administrators set up in the system, and what are their responsibilities?

HR Administrators are the individuals responsible for managing specific Event Types in HRplus. Here's how they are set up and their key duties:

Setup:

  1. Go to Talent Management > HR Events > HR Admins.

  2. Create a new record and select the relevant "Event Type" (e.g., "Employee Appraisals").

  3. Enter the HR Admin's details. Multiple HR Admins can be assigned to an event.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setting Up Events: Defining for example the appraisal period, eligibility criteria, and other parameters.

    • Managing Notifications: Configuring and sending timely reminders to employees and managers about upcoming event, deadlines, and status updates.

    • Overseeing the Event Process: Ensuring events are conducted smoothly and completed within the set timeframe.

      Can completed or archived events be accessed for future reference?

      Yes, HRplus securely stores event records, allowing authorized personnel to view them even after completion or archival. Here's how to access them:

    • Archived Events: Go to Talent Management>>HR Events>> Manage Events>> Archived Events.

    • Completed Events (within an event type): Go to Talent Management>>Appraisals>>Performance Appraisals, Talent Management>>Goals>>[Select the Goal Level>>Goal Grid, and Talent Management>>360 Multi-Rater>>360 Multi-Rater Summary. Select the relevant company and expand the record to locate the desired event.

These archived events provide valuable historical data for tracking employee progress, identifying trends, and making informed decisions related to talent management.
