How to Add a Timesheet Reason

How to Add a Timesheet Reason

You may add a Timesheets reason by navigating to HRplus Time>>Timesheets>>Timesheet Reasons>>New Record.

There you may enter the:
  • Company to which this reason will be linked
  • Condition to which you would like this new reason linked
  • Reason Code: A Code to distinguish this reason from the others e.g. TRAF to signify "Traffic" etc.
  • Reason Description: The actual reason e.g. Traffic
Once done, please save the record.
