Error: Column 'earn_code' in table 'TK_PostTemp3' cannot be NULL

This error occurs when a Shift is not linked to a payment rule, an employee is not linked to a shift, or an employee is scheduled to be off but has registered times for the day and was not rescheduled on their correct shift.

To Troubleshoot/Rectify:

1.) Check the Payment Rule Shift Link Report (HRplusTime>>Reports>>Payment Rules Reports>>Payment Rules Shift Link) Link the shifts if necessary.
2.)Check the Employee not linked to shifts Pivot (HRplusTime>>Reports>>Pivots>>Employees not linked to shifts) Link the employee if necessary
3. Review timesheets/scheduling to see if any employee's off day has registered punches and schedule them on the shift for which they have clocked.
