Two (2) new fields, First Issue Date and Approval Date, were added to the above screens.  The Personnel Work Permit Pivot query was also modified to include Work Permit, CSME Certificate and Travel Document fields from the Immigration screen.

 

Geofencing

HV5-I210       Geofence Logs

The following modifications were made as shown on the screens below:

1.     The universally unique identifier –Device UUID – is now displayed on the list.

2.     The screen now shows employees both inside and outside the geofence. 

 3.     Clicking on either the Latitude or Longtitude fields opens a popup of the user location:

The report was fixed so that the error message, “Cannot use view HR_PositionListing because it is invalid”, is no longer being displayed and the report is generating successfully.

 

Leave

HV5-I378       Pay in Lieu of Leave

The Leave Type and Leave Description drop-down menus were modified to display accurate values.

The following modifications were made to the Leave module:

1.     Checks were performed to determine whether or not leave types are cumulative in multiple views/screens.  As a result, for cumulative leave types, the Leave Earned field correctly displays the leave value earned to date.

2.     The Leave Entitlement Details screen was modified to make understanding leave values simpler as follows:

 

3.     Validation was performed on the Leave Request screen so that the data is correctly displayed.   

 

4.     The values displayed for Leave Booked and subsequent calculations that use it (available from Leave Earned and Available to Use) were corrected.

 

POWERpay

The report was fixed so that (1) the employee list is loading successfully to enable users to select employees to whom pay slips should be emailed, (2)  users now have the option to choose to either Email All Pay Slips or Unsent Pay Slips so that employees will not receive multiple copies of their pay slip via email, and (3) the Table Not Found error is no longer being displayed.

The above reports were fixed so that consolidated amounts for the pay cycle periods are correctly displayed.  These amounts include post and pre out of cycle amounts if applicable.

Optimizations were performed so that the report is loading faster especially when dealing with large data sources.  Filters were also added to reduce data set and further increase performance.

The above reports were adjusted so that the correct timestamp, based on the client’s timezone, would be displayed.
