360 Multi Rater Summary
The summary view shows the completed 360 Review.
When all employees within a team and its member groups have completed their assessments, the summary report for that employee becomes available for viewing. The report remains hidden until all responses from the relevant member groups have been submitted. For example, if a team has two member groups—peers rating each other and the manager rating direct reports—the summary report will only be visible after the manager has completed their review and all peers have submitted their reviews on that employee.

360 Multi-Rater Summary
A 360-degree multi-rater summary report provides a comprehensive overview of an individual’s performance and behavior based on feedback from various sources. This typically includes input from peers, subordinates, supervisors, and sometimes even external stakeholders. The goal of the report is to offer a well-rounded perspective on the individual's strengths, areas for improvement, and overall effectiveness in their role. By aggregating these diverse viewpoints, the report helps the individual gain insights into how their actions and behaviors are perceived across different levels of the organization, facilitating personal and professional growth.
Summary reports can be accessed through different modules based on user roles: HR personnel can view them via the 360 Multi-Rater module, managers can access them through the MSS module, and employees can review them through the ESS module.

How to Close the 360 Review Period as an HR Admin?

Closing the 360 Review
At this point, HR or the responsible manager should review the final data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Once confirmed, the event can be officially closed. Closing the 360 review locks in all the data, prevents further changes, and triggers the archival of the event for record-keeping purposes.
Step 1: Select the Event to Archive
In the Main Event header, you can see the Total Records and Total Completed Records for that event. When these two numbers match, it indicates that all the 360 reviews have been completed.
Step 2: Update the Event Status
Event Status: Select Archived from the status list.
Step 3: View the Archived Event
The Event is read-only and cannot be updated.
How to Create a New Team for a 360 Review Event (Duplicating a Team)

Create a New 360 Event with an existing Multi-Rater Team
When a 360-review event is completed and a new period for review begins, a new team must be created and linked to the event. If a team and member groups have already been created and there are no changes or only minor changes to employees and questions, the existing team can be duplicated and edited as needed. The same team cannot be reused for multiple events, as each team can only be linked to a single event. This is why duplication is necessary.
How does it work?
Step 1: Duplicate the Multi-Rater Team.
Step 2: Create the 360 HR Event.
Step 3: The Manager Reviews the 360 Event.
i) Select the Team to Duplicate
ii) Edit the Team being Duplicated Details
If there are no changes from year to year, simply update the team name or description to reflect the new review period, such as adding the year or specific quarter. (e.g., "Sales Team 2024" or "Marketing Team Q1 2024").
iii) View Duplicated Team
iv) Review and Edit the Team Set Up
