The Office of the CEO of HRPlus Software Limited wishes to formally advise that our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Fernandez, will step down from his role as CEO effective June 1, 2026, with his final day in office being Friday, May 29, 2026. |

Mr. Neal Bisnath, Attorney-at-Law and longstanding Director of the company, will now assume a more hands-on role in managing the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Supporting him in this leadership structure will be Mr. Daryl Samlal, who will continue to oversee the technical operations and technology delivery functions of the company. |
