At HRplus, we remain committed to continuously enhancing the technology and services we deliver to our clients. As part of this commitment, we are embarking on the next phase of our Business Intelligence and Reporting journey with the introduction of a modernized BI platform experience.

Over the years, reporting and analytics have become an increasingly important part of how organizations manage their workforce, gain operational insights, and support strategic decision-making. As client expectations and technology capabilities continue to evolve, it is important that the HRplus platform evolves alongside them.


As part of our continued modernization strategy, HRplus is transitioning to our next-generation Business Intelligence platform developed and fully managed within the HRplus ecosystem. This evolution allows us to deliver a more integrated, modern, and scalable reporting experience while accelerating innovation and aligning more closely with the future direction of the HRplus platform. Over time, the existing third-party BI technology has evolved along a different strategic path, making it increasingly important for us to invest in a solution that provides greater flexibility, tighter platform integration, and long-term continuity for our clients.

Our focus throughout this process remains clear — to deliver a modern, flexible, and reliable reporting experience that continues to meet the growing needs of our clients while maintaining the high standards of service and support expected from HRplus.


To support a smooth transition, HRplus has also developed a report conversion utility designed to simplify the migration process from the current BI platform to the new environment. Our team will be undertaking the conversion activities on your behalf to minimize operational impact and reduce the effort required from your organization.

 

Over the next week, members of the HRplus team will be reaching out to provide additional information and facilitate access to your User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment. Clients will be asked to review and validate a selection of key reports within the new platform to ensure a successful transition experience prior to production rollout.

 

Once validation is completed, HRplus will coordinate the transition process with your team and manage the move to the new BI platform.
