As we approach the new year, please note the following steps to complete after your year-end close process and before running your first payroll cycle for 2026.

2. Tax Method Adjustment: Additionally, all pay groups configured with the Smoothing tax method must be updated to Non-Smoothing. This change is necessary to facilitate the correct calculation of taxes in alignment with Jamaica's government requirements.
