HRplus Update 2022



Dear Client, 

 

At HRplus we care about you and the service we provide should always meet your requirements.

In light of this, to avoid issues with the application related to bug fixes and general improvements, an update of your environment to the latest release
and a migration to the new Azure server is required. This update, will also allow for the continued support by HRplus, to better support your needs.

Our Help Desk Team will be contacting you to scheudle and coordinate the best date and time to faciliate the update and migration to the new server.


Kindly also note that, the public IP address of the server for the clocks will be changed. As such, please ensure the new IP Addresses

(Primary IP: 20.97.132.56) and (Secondary IP: 20.94.92.208) are whitelisted in order to continue receiving the Time and Attendance punches. 


Please do not remove the old IP address (67.227.240.34) before we inform you to do so. Kindly ensure that your IT department is informed

of this change.
