At HRplus, our commitment is to empower you with essential tools for securing your account. We operate on a shared responsibility model, emphasizing the collaborative effort to ensure the security of our application and infrastructure. While we take measures, clients must safeguard their account credentials.

Implementing Two-Step Verification (2SV) is paramount for enhancing security. Without 2SV, there's a heightened risk of unauthorized access. By enabling 2SV, your identity undergoes dual verification—first with a password and secondly with a secret key (PIN) sent to your email. This ensures a robust defense against potential breaches.

Effective, January 1st 2024 HRplus will activate 2SV on clients' sites as a compulsory requirementYou will be prompted to enter a PIN code which is sent to your email address upon the next login, therefore, kindly ensure that all users have a valid email address before the date stipulated.

Activating 2SV is a straightforward process involving three (3) simple steps:


1.  Configure the email server settings

2.  Ensure a valid email is linked to each user ID

3.  Turn on the two-step verification
