Dear Client,
We are excited to announce that a new release for HRplus Software is now available.
We recognize that this was a challenging year with the stabilization of the application, as we pursue various changes which will provide long term benefits for our clients. We want to deeply apologize to all our clients for the inconveniences faced this year with the application. We understand that it was a rough ride, and we thank you for your understanding and continued support in the midst of it.
This new release contains general bug fixes and improvements to processes that were understood to be a challenge this year. Considering this, two (2) of the most outstanding changes with this new release are
1. The
process of emailing pay slips: - This feature was revamped to include a
page for auditing purposes and a two-step confirmation before pay slips are
sent, to ensure transparency.
2. Historical
tracking of Leave opening balances: - The application is now able to keep
the history of the leave opening balances, to have better visibility and
tracking of the information. This feature also improves the recalculation
process for the leave entitlements to have a faster and smoother process.
Most of the
reports were also fixed and applied to clients as emergency bug fixes, however,
in this release, we have compiled all the fixes for the reports with issues
encountered.

Update
scheduling
Please note, we
recommend that the update is scheduled after your last payroll for December is
run and archived to ensure no additional delays in this process. The update of
the application takes approximately two hours (2hrs) of downtime (where users
are unable to access the application). You can schedule your appointment with
48 hours (to confirm with our version Control team’s availability) by sending
an email to helpdesk@hrplus.net.
Additionally,
individual invitations will be sent to clients with a link to schedule their
appointment for this update.
