Bermuda Social Insurance New rates Effective August 4, 2025.

Dear Client, 

Please note that the Bermuda Department of Social Insurance has announced new contribution rates effective August 4, 2025:

  • Employees under 65: $37.65 (employee) + $37.65 (employer) = $75.30/week

  • Employees over 65: Employer only $37.65/week

  • Self-employed under 65: $75.30/week

  • Self-employed over 65: $37.65/week

  • Voluntary (under 65): $75.30/week

HRplus has an update available for

  • Employees over 65: Employer only $37.65/week
