Additional Barbados Resilience and Regeneration Fund Updates 2025.

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you of an additional update related to the Barbados National Insurance Scheme (NIS), specifically regarding the Resilience and Regeneration Fund (RRF) effective April 1st 2025 is now available.

The changes are as follows:

Contributions to the RRF are calculated on gross wages and salaries, excluding allowances.
RRF is not subject to the NIS Earnings Ceiling.

To ensure compliance, our team has successfully applied the necessary updates to your system. These changes required the development of a new interface within the application.

As part of this update, a new screen has been added to allow the import of the list of codes that make up the base for the RRF calculation.
